The Nemsys Helpdesk can be reached by phone at 419-243-3603 or by email at support@nemsys.com.  We utilize an electronic ticket tracking system to ensure all support requests are resolved in a timely manner.  Support tickets are automatically assigned a tracking number and relayed to our engineers via the BlackBerry immediately.  Using this technology our engineers are able to receive your ticket within minutes and reply promptly regardless of their location.
