Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and solution provider for our clients.
Provide support for various desktop, server and network related issues. These issues require a broad range of troubleshooting skills related to (but not limited to): Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Server operating systems and applications (Exchange 2003 and 2007, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS).
